JEE Advanced 2020 formerly know as IIT -JEE Indian Institute of technology joint entrance exam is the only gateway for students seeking admission in IITs, and other Top institutions in India . The examination consists of two papers (Paper 1 and Paper 2) of three hours duration
each. Both the papers are compulsory .Indian nationals who wish to appear in
JEE (Advanced) 2020 must write

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION are class 10th mark-sheet for date of birth class 12 or equivalent mark-sheet for those who appeared previous session of 12 and whose board declared 12th class result
For students seeking admission under any category like EWS and OBC category certificate FORM-GEN EWS and FORM-OBC-NCL should have been issued on or after April 01, 2020 in consonance with the latest guidelines of the Government of India. If any GEN-EWS or OBC candidate fails to collect the GEN-EWS OR OBC certificate ( issued on or after April 01,2020) before online registration, he/she may upload a declaration (Declaration in Lieu of GEN-EWS nad OBC-NCL Certificate)
For Candidates seeking admission under the SC or ST category
Caste (for SC) or tribe (for ST) certificate (FORM-SC/ST), as per the latest guidelines of the Government of India.
For Candidates seeking admission under the PwD category Physical Disability certificate (FORM-PwD II/III/IV whichever is applicable]) issued by the notified medical authority.
Number of Attempts: A student can appear for JEE Main for 3 consecutive years while for JEE Advanced, he/she can appear for only 2 consecutive times.
Exam Pattern: NTA defines the exam pattern for JEE Main, whereas there is no fixed pattern for JEE Advanced.
