The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an exam that tests a broad understanding of various undergraduate subjects, mainly in engineering and science. For students seeking admission under any category like EWS and OBC category certificate FORM-GEN EWS and FORM-OBC-NCL should have been issued on or after April 01, 2020 in consonance with the latest guidelines of the Government of India. If any GEN-EWS or OBC candidate fails to collect the GEN-EWS OR OBC certificate   ( issued on or after April 01,2020) before online registration, he/she may upload a declaration (Declaration in Lieu of GEN-EWS nad OBC-NCL Certificate)  

For Candidates seeking admission under the SC or ST category
Caste (for SC) or tribe (for ST) certificate (FORM-SC/ST), as per the latest guidelines of the Government of India.
