2. Failure to Provide Admission:

In the event that RKCounselling.in fails to secure admission for you in any of our associated universities or colleges, you are entitled to a full refund of the admission fee. We will make all reasonable efforts to assist you with the admission process, and if we are unable to do so, you will be refunded in full. Please notify us of such situations at info@rkcounselling.in.

3. Candidate Selection in Government University or Government Job:

If you are selected for admission in a government university or secure a government job while using our services, you are eligible for a full refund of the admission fee. To claim the refund, provide us with the necessary documentation proving your selection in a government university or government job.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at info@rkcounselling.in with your refund request and the relevant details.

2. Include all necessary documents and proofs related to your refund request.

3. Our support team will review your request and respond to you within 15 business days.

4. If your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

5. Payment Directly Deposited to College and University Accounts:

   If you choose to make a direct payment to the college or university for your admission without involving RKCounselling.in in the transaction, RKCounselling.in will not be liable to pay any refunds. In such cases, any refund requests should be directed to the respective college or university’s refund policy and procedures. RKCounselling.in will not assume responsibility for refunds in transactions not facilitated through our platform.
